we don't care if your hair is green or grey, whether you are big or thin, small or tall. we add modifications to all of our yoga postures as no two bodies are alike :)
we don’t care if you are at home, in the gym, at the office, outside…dont’ wait for the perfect moment or the perfect place. just do yoga wherever and whenever you can. mindfulness is a way of life.
